‘Walk on Hebrides’ is the local health walks project that aims to improve the health and wellbeing of people living in the islands by delivering regular led walks at various locations throughout the islands.
To do this we rely on a pool of volunteer walk leaders and, on Wednesday 22nd April, we will be delivering a one day training course that will give participants the skills and knowledge to lead health walks in their local patch.
If you are interested in becoming a volunteer for Walk on Hebrides, to find out or book a place on this training course, contact Chris Ryan, Paths for Health Coordinator on 01851 762016 or 07743 507982. email:[email protected]
